My favorite :) simple, fast and extremely tasty ...:) ... I prepared it in the Zepter dish ....
- 800 gr frozen spinach (chopped)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 5 cloves of garlic (I put the new one in summer)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- 50 gr butter
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Creamy spinach with garlic:
Heat the oil in a bowl, put the crushed garlic.
Leave it on the fire for 30 seconds and put the spinach, pour lemon juice and a cup of water over it. Put the lid on and keep it until it softens (about 12 minutes) over low heat.
Set aside, add salt to taste, add butter and mix in a blender. That's all...
Spinach does not reheat. Consume immediately and if it remains, serve cold.
