Ingredients for Making Chicken Donuts

  1. Chicken Breast 1 piece (large)
  2. Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
  3. Onion 1 piece
  4. 2 carrots
  5. Eggs 2 pieces
  6. Thyme to taste
  7. Dill to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sesame to taste
  11. Vegetable oil for frying

Frying pan, slotted spoon, meat grinder, plate, cutting board, tablespoon, grater, kitchen knife.

Cooking chicken donuts:

Step 1: prepare the minced meat.

Peel the chicken breast from the skin and bones, and then roll the meat in a meat grinder to make stuffing.
Peel the carrots, rinse and grate.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Rinse the greens and chop finely.

Mix minced chicken with carrots, onions and herbs. Add eggs, breadcrumbs and spices. Mix very well. The better you knead the minced meat, the tastier will be the donuts.

Step 2: sculpt the chicken donuts.

With raw hands, make donuts out of minced meat, as it should with a hole in the center (first roll a ball, and then make a hole with your finger), and roll them in sesame seeds.

Step 3: fry the chicken donuts.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan (there should be so much that the donuts practically float in it).
Fry your pieces until golden brown on both sides, and then pat them with paper towels to remove excess fat.

Step 4: serve the chicken donuts.

Chicken donuts will help you feed even a large company, and they are prepared very simply! Serve hot or cold as an appetizer. Do not forget to decorate a plate with them slices of fresh vegetables and sprigs of greens. The sauce will also be welcome.
