I have had this delicious recipe for a long time as a favorite from our dear chef Motanel. The famous CROQUE MONSIEUR but I wanted to call them simpler.
My boyfriend liked it a lot and I will definitely keep doing it.

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of Prague ham
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100g Delaco cheese
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Hot baked sandwiches:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Grate the cheese.

Grease the slices on the outer edges (on the shells) with melted butter for a nice browning.

Put 2 slices of bread in the baking tray.

Grease with sour cream.

Put 2 slices of ham on each slice of bread.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place the other 2 slices of bread on top.

Grease the top with sour cream.

Sprinkle with plenty of cheese.

Put the tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and browns nicely.

Cut diagonally and serve.

2 large eggplants
3 well-ripened tomatoes

When it softens, powder it with a little salt and leave it in a bowl, covered, for about 10 minutes. Place the eggplant, in layers, in a heat-resistant form, then add tomato sauce, grated cheese, until all the ingredients are finished. Separately, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese and pour over the eggplant. Place the form in the hot oven for about 40 minutes, until it browns nicely on top. Baked eggplants are served hot.

  2. Put the whole composition in the hot oven and leave for 50-60 minutes.

Regularly, the fish is taken out of the oven and sprinkled with the sauce from the tray, in order to penetrate better. If necessary, a few tablespoons of water can be added.

The baked fish recipe is ready! The fish is served hot with greens, an extra lemon juice, if needed, but also a clove of garlic and a lettuce. Also, a baked potato garnish is ideal for a portion of baked fish!

Baked tomato sardines

Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a heat-resistant dish, then place a layer of sardines cleaned of scales and intestines.

Sprinkle with salt, then place the peeled tomatoes on top.

Put another layer of sardines on top of the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then pour the tomato sauce.

Lemon slices are placed on top.

Sprinkle everything with oil, put basil leaves on top and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Method of preparation

1. Mix the French mustard (berries) with the ground chili pepper, crushed garlic and salt.

2. Grease the meat with the mixture obtained, wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours.

3. Cut 2 pieces of baking paper so that you can put the meat in the middle and tie the ends of the paper up.

4. Soak a sheet of paper in the sink (so that it can maintain its shape). Put the meat in the middle, tighten the ends and twist or knot.

5. Do the same with the second baking sheet, place the packaged meat on top and squeeze the ends together.

6. Put the packaged meat in a baking dish and cover with a lid.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. We will only use hats. They are washed with cold water.
The hot pepper, garlic and parsley are cleaned and washed.
Finely chop the hot pepper and parsley. The garlic is crushed.
In a bowl put the chopped hot pepper, crushed garlic, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Squeeze the lemon, then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped parsley and mix well with a tablespoon. With the obtained composition, rub the hats of the mushrooms, both on the outside and on the inside.
Cut the cheddar cheese into cubes and place them in the hollow of the mushrooms. Keep a tablespoon of the composition, which you put over the cheddar cheese, for each mushroom.
Put the mushrooms in a tray or on a tin plate and put a drop of olive oil over each mushroom. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.

  • 1 whole chicken (about 1,500 kg.)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - dried garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried onion
  • ½ teaspoon - dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon - dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • 1 lemon
  • Black pepper

Difficulty: small

Preparation time: Ten minutes

Cooking time: 45-50 minutes

Total time: 55-60 minutes

Number of servings: 4-5

Method of preparation:

  1. Put in a small and roomy bowl garlic powder, finely dehydrated onion, paprika, salt, grated peel of a lemon, freshly ground black pepper, dried rosemary and dried thyme. Then squeeze the juice from half a lemon, pour olive oil on top and mix with a spoon.

  5. Finally, grease the chicken on the entire surface with the spice composition prepared earlier.
  6. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 190 degrees C for 25 minutes, then remove the chicken and grease it with the remaining spice composition. Return the chicken to the oven for another 20–25 minutes.
  7. When the chicken is ready, take it out of the oven and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Good appetite!

- 10 - 12 mushrooms with large hats

Yes, it sounds good! however, prosciutto cannot be compared to spicy salami. So, it tastes like ham!

if you kept them on the fire for only 1 minute on each side, they couldn't really harden the glues so much. did you probably keep them longer to melt the cheese? and if the cheese didn't melt, it meant it wasn't really Brie. in my picture you can see how it melts as soon as I put them on the hot stick. Brie is a creamy, soft cheese that melts quickly.
