- Ham 100 grams
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Pickled Garlic 1/2 cup
- Pickled squash 5-6 pieces (small size)
- Canned corn 1/2 cup
- Canned peas 1/2 cup
- Canned white beans (or boiled) 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Main Ingredients: Ham, Beans, Peas, Corn, Garlic, Eggs

Salad bowl, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon.
Step 1: chop the eggs and ham.
Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Dice the ham into exactly the same size.
Ham, by the way, can be replaced with boiled sausage or carbonade, if this is a festive version of the dish.
Step 2: chop the pickled garlic and squash.
Dry the marinated squash and garlic from the marinade and cut into small pieces.
Step 3: mix the ingredients.
Put all the prepared ingredients in a deep plate. Add washed corn, beans and green peas.
Step 4: add mayonnaise.
Season with mayonnaise, pepper and salt (I don't salt, pickled vegetables already have a lot of salt). Mix everything thoroughly, transfer to a beautiful salad bowl and serve it to the table!
Step 5: serve the pickled garlic salad.
Ready salad with pickled garlic can be decorated with sliced squash, green onions and parsley. Serve it as a complement to main courses.
