Divide the dough into two parts and work first with one, then with the second, so it’s more convenient.
Sprinkle flour on the work surface.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin (thickness 0.2-0.3 centimeters) and cut out of it a shape or a glass of a circle of small diameter.

Place minced meat and grated cheese on top in the center of each circle.

Fold the dough with meat in half to make a semicircle, and then again in half, you get such an “ear”.

Lubricate the mold with oil and place the blanks in it one after another. First circle around the outer edge, and then start moving towards the middle.

You will get a beautiful cake resembling a flower - chrysanthemum.

Step 4: bake the meat pie.


Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees and send your pie to it on 45 minutesapproximately until ready. But for 10-15 minutes until the end of baking, grease the top of the dough with a beaten egg so that the top of the baking is blushed.
