Ingredients for making mushroom sauce with sour cream

  1. Fresh mushrooms (mixture) 1 kilogram
  2. Onions 3 pieces (small size)
  3. Garlic 5-6 cloves
  4. Sour cream 200 milliliters
  5. Flour 1 tablespoon
  6. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Parsley to taste

Step 1: chop the mushrooms.

Wash the mushrooms, dry, peel and cut into medium sized pieces. If the mushrooms have prominent legs, thick ones, separate them from the hats and cut everything separately.

Step 2: fry the onions.

Finely chop the onion and fry it until transparent in one tablespoon of oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring frequently, so as not to overcook.

Step 3: fry the mushrooms.

Add mushrooms to the onion and leave everything on fire for another 20 minutes, also remembering to stir and make sure that nothing burns.

Cook until soft. From the mushrooms, liquid should stand out.

Step 4: add flour and sour cream.

Combine the flour with sour cream and grated or finely chopped garlic, and then transfer this mixture to a skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring, warm everything until thickened, sprinkle with finely chopped greens on top and remove from heat. Serve!
