Method of preparation:
The neck pieces are washed, dried with an absorbent towel and seasoned with salt to everyone's liking and then placed in a bowl. Make a stew of wine, soy sauce, paprika, pepper and oregano. Pour the steak over the pieces of meat so that they are covered by the steak. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a few good hours (4-5 hours) after which remove the pieces of meat from the bait, let them drain a little and then beat them well. Fry the pieces of meat on the grill, turning them from side to side.
While the meat is on the grill, we take care of the potatoes .......... wash the potatoes, clean them, cut them (I had smaller potatoes and then I left them like this and the biggest ones I cut them in half) season them with salt and then fry them in hot oil in a cauldron. When they are ready and nicely browned, take them out with a spatula on a plate and sprinkle over them finely chopped green dill. Serve hot steak with potatoes and a green cabbage salad.
- 500 g pork neck
- green thyme
- green basil

- Cut the potatoes into cubes, pass through a little butter and salt, to make a thin, golden crust.
- Place the pieces of meat on the grill and after they have penetrated well, serve with a garnish of potatoes and pepper salad.
- Garnish with parsley.

PIG TURN IN THE OVEN
Baked pork neck, a tender and juicy steak, which is very simple to prepare and is delicious. Along with a lettuce, pickles or vegetable garnish it is perfect for a full lunch or dinner.
- 4 pieces of pork neck with bone (850 g)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml dry white wine
- fresh thyme
How to prepare pork neck in the oven
Put the oil in a pan and place the pieces of meat. Salt and pepper to taste, pre-salt the paprika, place the sliced garlic and thyme leaves in place.
Pour the wine, cover the tray with a lid or aluminum foil and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 ° C.
In the last 10-15 minutes, take the lid or foil and let the steak brown nicely.

They can be found in all our supermarkets in the household districts or in those with barbecue accessories. It's nice that they have those holes that allow the smoke to envelop the vegetables and give them that specific aroma of & # 8222grill & # 8221. We do not get the same flavor if we cook the vegetables in normal trays.

It is a fine and fragrant cream that can be used both before frying food (vegetables or meat) and for serving them.
I give you the quantities for 1 kg of grilled or baked garlic potatoes, enough for 4-6 servings.
