Salad "Minute" - always eaten first!

Ingredients

  2. Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
  3. Cucumber 1 pc.
  4. Ham 250 gr.
  5. Cheese 120 gr.
  6. Greens 1/2 bunch
  7. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking:


Cut the ham, bell pepper, cucumber and eggs into strips. Grate hard cheese on a Korean carrot grater.

You can collect the salad in layers or combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add chopped herbs, I have dill, salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything.
