A step-by-step recipe for making zucchini soup puree: We prepare the necessary products for making delicious zucchini soup puree. We cut an arbitrary cube 300 gr. tomatoes and spread in a common pan. Finely shred 50 gr. parsley greens with dill. We put a frying pan with vegetables on a stove and turning it on medium heat, stir frying. We spread the fried vegetables in a pan to the zucchini, which by this moment have been cooked and after stirring for another 3 minutes, bring to full readiness. We transfer the prepared chopped greens to the pan to the vegetables, add 200 gr. cream, we mix all the ingredients with a blender and pour on the plates the prepared delicious soup puree.
