Ingredients

For the test:

  1. Egg 1 pc.
  2. Pumpkin puree 200 gr.
  3. Sugar 130 gr.
  4. Salt 0.5 tsp
  5. Butter 80 gr.
  6. Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
  7. Zest of 1 lemon
  8. Flour 160 g or st. (250 ml. With a good slide)
  9. Baking powder 10 gr.

For lemon cream cheese:

  1. Philadelphia cheese 200 gr. (you can cottage cheese 200 gr.)
  2. Sour cream 2-3 tbsp (so that there is a pasty state, beat with a blender manually)
  3. Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp taste
  4. Zest with half a lemon
  5. Powdered Sugar 4 tbsp
  6. Saffron or turmeric for a pinch color
  7. Lemon extract 3-4 drops (if any)

For lemon sugar glaze:

  1. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  2. Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp about
