Bread cakes


  1. sugar 0.5 tsp
  2. yeast 1 tsp
  3. water 240 ml.
  4. flour 300 g (I have whole grains)
  5. salt 0.5 tsp
  6. baking powder 3/4 tsp
  7. vegetable oil 3 tbsp

In a bowl, mix sugar, yeast and warm water, leave for 10 minutes.

Add part of the sifted flour, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil and mix well. Gradually introduce all the flour. The dough is sent to a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in volume.

We divide the dough into 8 parts, roll each part into a ball and carefully form a cake with a thickness of about 8 mm.

Bake in a dry frying pan over medium heat on both sides.

Ready cakes can be greased with grated garlic butter and sprinkled with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!)
