- Main ingredients
Combine sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, warm milk, a pinch of salt. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Add vanilla sugar, baking soda, baking powder, flour and cocoa to the contents. With a whisk, mix everything well.
Gradually add boiling water, constantly mixing the dough. I added water in three passes.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil, pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for up to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden stick. In a slow cooker, I bake for 50 minutes, my temperature is set at 160 degrees.
For cream, mix sour cream and powdered sugar.
For icing in a pan, mix cocoa, milk, sugar, and butter. Cook on low heat, when the icing begins to boil, boil it for 1-2 minutes.
When the biscuit has cooled, cut it into two. Due to the fact that it is very soft and delicate, it breaks very easily. But this does not stop you from making a delicious cake.)
Coat the lower crust with 2/3 parts of sour cream, cover with crust and spread the upper crust with the remaining sour cream. Decorate the top with icing and let stand for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
The biscuit is ready! Have a nice tea party!
