- Pita (thin) 1pc.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Banana 1 pc.
- Condensed milk 1 tsp

Break the egg into a bowl, mix with condensed milk.
Cut the banana into circles (you can crush the banana with a fork in mashed potatoes). Add to the egg-condensed mixture.
Preheat the pan with vegetable or butter. We spread pita bread in a pan, then fill the center with pita bread filling. Turn into an envelope. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Pour the finished envelope with condensed milk and decorate with banana. Serve hot.
