Step 1.

Mix semolina, flour, yeast, salt, sugar and warm water in a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

Add baking powder for the dough and mix for 30 seconds.

Pour the resulting dough into a bowl and cover with a film, leave the dough for 30 minutes, so that it rises.

Melt the butter and mix with honey until smooth.

Step 5

Preheat the pan and pour 1 small ladle of dough into the center of the pan, the dough itself spreads over the pan. Fry a pancake on one side, do not turn it over. Fry over low heat for about 2.5-3 minutes. A lot of holes will form on the pancake surface, as soon as there is no wet dough left on the pancake surface, the pancake is ready and you need to remove it from the pan.

Step 6

Pancakes need to be served with warm honey sauce or jam.
