Ingredients

  1. Kohlrabi 1 piece
  2. Salad 1 head
  3. Spinach Fresh Handful
  4. Chicken fillet 1 piece
  5. Radish handful
  6. 1/4 onion bulbs
  7. Olives a few pieces
  8. Cheese 50 grams
  9. Olive oil optional
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper to taste
  12. Chicken seasoning to taste
  13. Cooking oil optional

Cooking:

Step 1: fry the chicken.


Cut the chicken into small cubes. Mix with chicken seasoning, salt, pepper and fry in oil until tender.
Remove from heat and cool the fillet.

Step 2: chop the kohlrabi.


Peel kohlrabi and cut into thin strips. To do this, first cut the cabbage into thin slices, and then crumble them into long and narrow strips.

Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.


Rinse the spinach and radish.
Crush the radish, a quarter of the onion and the olive with medium sized slices.

Step 4: mix the chicken salad with kohlrabi.


Put spinach on the bottom of the salad bowl and lay on top in a random order radishes, onions, chicken, kohlrabi and olives. Salt, pepper, season with olive oil.

Step 5: serve chicken salad with kohlrabi.
