To prepare a creamy fill, you need to beat the cream cheese at room temperature until smooth, add sugar, egg and mix well. The fill is ready.
To prepare the dough, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, ground spices and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix until room temperature butter, eggs and pumpkin puree.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until dough is smooth.
Lubricate baking dishes with butter and evenly fill approximately 2/3 of the dough with two tablespoons.
