Salad with Crab Sticks and Corn


  1. Crab sticks 500 g
  2. Chicken egg 4 pcs.
  3. Canned corn 200 g
  4. Fresh cucumber 100 g
  5. Boiled carrots 100 g
  6. Homemade mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  7. Dill 5 g
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Pepper 1/2 tsp

Step 1.

Hard-boiled chicken eggs, boil carrots until cooked.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber along and gently remove the seeds with a teaspoon, then cut into a small cube.

Step 3

Cut carrots, eggs and crab sticks into small cubes. Try to cut the ingredients the same size.

Step 4

Mix all the products in one bowl, add 2 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Put the salad in a small bowl and seal with a spoon.

Step 6

Put a plate on top of the bowl and turn it over, carefully remove the bowl. Sprinkle dill with finely chopped dill.
