- Semolina 1.5 cups
- Sugar 0.5 cups
- Kefir 1 cup
- Pumpkin 2 cups grated on a coarse grater
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Yogurt or sour cream to taste
- Main ingredients: Pumpkin, Manka
Mix semolina with sugar. Add kefir and mix. Add grated pumpkin and mix.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in the baking mass. Smooth the surface. Bake in the oven at 220 C for about an hour.
When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Add yogurt or sour cream.
