I have to admit: when I was little, I was a fan of potatoes (not that my tastes changed too much - just the recipes!). That's why when my grandmother was preparing a traditional one potato dish, with or without meat, no refined French cheese and no sophisticated salad could attract me.

Again, I'm inspired by cooking, so I'm back on your site. And I found that we prepare this recipe almost identically, with a few small differences. One difference would be that I never used marjoram, I put a little ground pepper. And I add something & quotrosu & quot in addition to the paprika: tomatoes, tomato paste or tomato juice (there is an explanation - I like the color red :-P). I prefer tomato juice - half a box in food, half a box I drink: D. And another difference would be the fact that I do not remove the ladder from the food at all. I did the same, but the meat was not cooked enough (I used the bone ladder, like ribs I thought they were not enough. Smoked). I add the ladder together with the carrot and the pepper, I harden them, then I add the potatoes.

I think we should always cook any food to suit our tastes. I also think that it doesn't hurt to try a variation of the recipe sometimes, at least out of curiosity (as in this case the marjoram). We may like it madly, just as we may regret it :)
