I am convinced that you also saw in Lidl the bags of ground hazelnuts. Well, the last time I saw them, I had a craving for cake, just! It took another step until I made guguluf goodness! He may not be handsome, but he takes revenge by taste, on the word of honor.

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling on top (optional)

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Guguluf dessert (cake) with hazelnuts:

Beat the eggs together with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the oil in a thin thread.

The flour is mixed with baking powder and hazelnuts, then added to the eggs, alternating with yogurt.

Grease the guguluf form with oil, pour the dough into it and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C, for about 50-60 minutes (do the toothpick test!)

Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top (or not)
